Registering and subsequently creating a YOGAPASS account will allow you to view the history of your packages from the date of their creation, store the data you agree to provide for future transactions, and use the payment method. You will also be able to purchase offered packages, products on the site, and make rescheduling and refunds according to applicable rates and conditions.
2. The data provided on the Yoga Amazônia Site, as well as its update, accuracy, and correctness, are the sole responsibility of the person registering.
3. By registering, you accept our Privacy Policy and expressly authorize receiving information and other communications that Yoga Amazônia periodically sends to your email address, mobile phone, or chosen contact method, as well as offers and promotions. You may object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes by selecting the option to unsubscribe in the communications you receive.
4. The password for your account is valid for your personal and exclusive use, and its transfer or disclosure to another person is prohibited under any circumstances. Any operation or transaction carried out with your account and password will be considered as validly performed by you.
5. All natural persons over the age of 10 can register. Individuals under the age of 18 declare that they are registering through their legal representative.
6. Only one account per person will be allowed, validated by CPF (Brazilian Taxpayer Registry).
1. A prepayment of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged to confirm it, with the remaining amount charged at check-in.
2. If the reservation is canceled 72 hours before check-in, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, with a 25% penalty fee on the reservation amount.
3. In case of no show or cancellation within less than 72 hours, the amount paid for the reservation will not be eligible for refund.
4. The refund amount will be credited to the account specified within 7 days of the cancellation request, which must be made via email at pedidodereembolso@yogaamazonia.com.
5. A valid photo identification document must be presented at the time of check-in.
6. Individuals under 18 years of age can only check in accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
These terms may be amended at any time to enhance and improve the services provided by Yoga Amazônia. The new Terms and Conditions will take effect 15 (fifteen) days after being published on the website. Within 7 (seven) days from the publication of the modifications, users must communicate via email if they do not agree with the altered terms. In this case, the contractual relationship will cease to exist, provided there are no outstanding accounts or debts. If no communication is received within the stipulated period, it will be understood that the user has accepted the new Terms and Conditions, and the contract will remain in force between the parties. New changes will not apply to transactions and advertisements already initiated before their publication. In these cases, the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site will apply with the previous wording.
